PRINCIPLES OF INVESTIGATIONS
Clients are usually familiar with that there are many Feng Shui and astrology schools. Clients may often be confused as to which approach they should use. A few pointers should be noted in order to understand our approach:
- Correction for Date Shifts.
Many current schools use the Four Pillars 60 signs Ganzhi dating to get the astrological status of the dates of year, month, day and hour. However, our research shows that the 60 cycle counts in the Ganzhi system is not continuous since the Han dynasty.
- Corrected dating is required and used in our investigations.
- Due to precession of the equinoxes, a year sign must shift one sign.
- Due to deviations from the 20 years Jupiter-Saturn conjunctions, the period commencing on 2004 is not Period 8 but Period 1.
Date Selection. Determination of auspicious periods for activities is often sought for. Conventional methods deal with the 10 years Luck Pillar and annual Luck Pillars.
There are variations in dealing with the month and day. Evaluation of the auspiciousness through the 365 days of a year is an optional Module 3.
- There are schools who advocated the Xuan Kong Da Gua method for Date Selection which is based on Shao Yung 64 hexagrams. The division of Time into 64 hexagrams has no astronomical basis and is a fake. Chu Hsi, the most outstanding Confucian scholar, criticised Shao Yung ring of 64 hexagrams as illogical and unnatural as contradicting astronomical cycles.

Sorry to say, this Xuan Kong Da Gua date selection is a fake, likewise San Yuan Qi Men Dun Jia, which use the foolish unnatural 64 hexagrams time divisions.
Demon Gate Factor. One crucial aspect seldom dealt in most divination is the role of the "Demon Gate" factor. Famous Sung dynasty granadmaster Lai Bu Yi warned that it is critical for people born under certain stars (i.e. not everybody needs this option). It requires analysis of the physical site the Client is staying in. This is one "Special Issue" dealt through Module 2.
